Our base price includes the flooring planks, underlayment (if not pre-attached), standard transitions, and labor for installation. We also include a 10% material waste factor in our calculations to ensure we have enough product to complete your job perfectly. For customer-supplied materials, installation-only pricing is available.

Most residential installations are completed in just 1-2 days. Larger "whole home" projects may take up to 3-4 days depending on the complexity of subfloor prep and the number of stairs involved. Our free estimator will provide a precise timeline during the in-home consultation.

Yes, we offer removal and haul-away services for old carpet, tile, or laminate. This is an optional add-on that can be selected in our Quote Calculator. We also offer subfloor prep and leveling to ensure the perfect foundation for your new floors.

We provide a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on every installation we perform, even on customer-supplied flooring. Additionally, all our flooring products come with their own manufacturer warranties, ranging from 15 years to Lifetime Residential coverage.

Absolutely. We are fully licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) and maintain comprehensive liability and workers' compensation insurance for all our crews. Proof of insurance and license is available upon request.
